Owners, Emma & Katie have given the historic Officer’s Quarters a new lease of life creating an upmarket & stylish wine bar & restaurant located in the beautiful surroundings of Nelson’s Dockyard. Being in their second season, they could not be more thrilled about the positive feedback from customers so far. The décor is glamorous with a hint of decadence & feminine chic. Comfy sofas, imaginative artwork & a rich colour scheme create sophisticated & relaxed atmosphere.
The menu features fresh, quality ingredients pulled together with an exotic twist. The influences are modern European & British with a little Pacific fusion thrown in for good measure. In other words, simply great food that will have you coming back for more.
Signature dishes include Prawn Tempura, Grilled Lobster with Hand-Cut Fries, Pork Wellington & the Hamilton’s Seafood Platter.
Hamilton’s is open for lunch & dinner on Monday through to Saturday.
