Villa Sehil, located on two acres of beachfront land offers spectacular views of the much sought after Nonsuch Bay. While relaxing on the property’s terrace or private swimming dock enjoy a panoramic view ranging from the tropical landscaping to the turquoise waters of the bay. Although there is plenty of communal space, three bedroom suites give couples or families ample privacy.

Villa Sehil has several levels of outdoor spaces from which to enjoy the ocean views and trade winds. There is a deck just off the house complete with a pool and outdoor grill that has both sunny and shaded areas to lounge and dine. Head down the path to your own private beach. In the evenings, enjoy cable TV, Wi-Fi access and the comfort of air-conditioned bedrooms.

This 3,400 square foot villa offers many places for you to retreat. The living areas are casual and comfortable, with wood clad ceilings; an open-plan layout encompassing the living, dining and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features handsome wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. This open space leads you through to the stunning picturesque and breezy patio.

Each of the three bedrooms at Villa Sehil come equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There’s no need to worry about who will take which room; every room has a view of the sea and a walk out terrace leading to the pool. The two upstairs Bedrooms have King Size Beds and the downstairs room has two twin beds which on request can be converted into a king.

Though you can swim at Villa Sehil, Half Moon Bay is just a 10-minute drive away if you’re longing for a stretch of sand. By car, it’s a 45-minute drive to the international airport, a 25-minute drive to English harbor, which is Antigua’s Super Yacht Centre.
