The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and opens to a balcony that overlooks the water looking east over Harbour island, and to the north the view of the spectacular Sleeping Indian hillside range.  The second bedroom has two singles that make into a large double bed with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have extra windows to provide for cross ventilation should the occupants prefer the cooling tradewinds.The main level with combined living room, dining room and kitchen opens onto a very generous verandah, partly covered.

The Villa has a 45’ dock capable of mooring a boat of 50’ or larger in length bow inwards.The villa has 110 volts and 220 volts, electric roll up hurricane shutters on the large doors upstairs and down.
