With the sea lapping at your feet, whilst you eat your breakfast or lunch and watch the yachts sail into English Harbour, you will not be to blame if you forget about time and spend the day at this spectacular restaurant.
The Reef restaurant is part of The Inn at English Harbour, one of Antigua's most exclusive boutique hotels that sits amidst Nelsons Dockyard National Park.
Directly on the beach this casual restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and offers a variety of Caribbean and international cocktails and dishes, all served in casual friendly style during the whole day. The Reef Restaurant is the perfect venue for relaxing with a cocktail whilst watching the sunset and listening to the waves lapping the shore.
Chef Anna, from Belgium, is the new executive chef for the hotel. She has several years experience cooking in the Caribbean at the highest levels. Recently she was the chef at the Government Palace in Cuba and cooked for Fidel Castro as well as many international delegations visiting the Caribbean country. She is known for her sophisticated French and International cuisine, to which she incorporates Caribbean flavors through fresh ingredients and herbs.
After a relaxed meal at The Reef restaurant, you can leisurely stroll down our beach and spend the day on our comfortable beach chairs in the shade of the palm trees. Watch the boats swaying in the sea or dive off our dock. For the more adventurous, try a hike up one of the many trails in the area, a great way to work up your appetite and come back for lunch or dinner. If you want to go explore Nelson's Dockyard and the Dockyard Museum, the hotel boat shuttle is available to take you across the bay.
