Located along the lovely southern coast of Antigua, Coco Rose is the ideal guest house to spend your vacation away from home. With a 5 minutes drive up or down the coast you reach some of the best beaches on the island including: Jolly Beach, Ffryes Beach, Darkwood Beach, Turners Beach, Morris Bay and Carlisle Bay. A mere 7 minutes drive will get you to Jolly Harbour where you can find a large supermarket, many restaurants and shops, a golf course, a pool, a marina and much more. There are many restaurants and bars on the west and south coast of Antigua that can satisfy all palates and budgets.
The guest house offers 4 studio style rooms with queen sized beds and 6 with two twin beds. All rooms have full ensuite bathrooms, TV and ceiling fans. There is no A/C but the fresh breeze from the sea assures cool temperatures all day and night. The kitchen is fitted with a sink, a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and other utensils for the do it yourself visitor.
Each room has a private patio that provides a breathtaking view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea or panoramic views of Antigua's lush country side. You can enjoy the sunrise over the green Mount Obama and watch the sun setting into the sea with the island of Montserrat in the distance.
There is a terrace with tables and chairs that all guests can enjoy overlooking the garden and the sea. This is a perfect spot to relax, socialize and enjoy an afternoon cocktail.
Tranquil Cottage Spa in-room services also available. Relax, Retreat and Rejuvenate. Tranquil cottage spa in-room offers a host of services such as body massages, body waxing, nail care treatment, body scrubs and facial treatment. The guests are asked to book in advance. Treatments are done during the day however night treatments are offered by appointment only.

RECEPTION HALL
Located on the ground floor, Coco Rose Reception Hall offers a large facility that can cater to up to 200 guests for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, banquets and all other occasions. This large room is equipped with a stage and tables and chairs to accommodate all your guests. The hall includes a bar, DJ booth, restroom facilities and a full kitchen. Coco Rose Reception Hall opens up to a garden/parking area that is just steps away from the beach and the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, a perfect setting for photos.
The management of Coco Rose has been organizing all sorts of events for many years. This is a one stop shop for your special occasion. You can simply rent the space or you can ask the folks at Coco Rose to organize a full package for you with catering, bar, DJ, decorations, flower arrangements, table settings, even your special cake, and anything else you may need. If you want to have your wedding reception here, all you need to do is choose a color and come up with a theme if you want one and everything else will be organized and set up for you in grand style. They can even help you make arrangements for the ceremony.
The beauty of Coco Rose is that it is a family run operation, so they can be flexible and accomodating to your specific needs. All you have to do is show up!
