Completing the lower level is a large walk-in linen storage closet and a spacious utility room with drinks fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, double sink unit, water pump room, water heater tank, ample storage, and a built-in wine rack.

Travertine steps with wrought iron handrails lead down from the lower verandah to a custom designed 31 ft. X 11 ft. swimming pool with infinity edge. The pool deck measures 52 ft. X 24 ft. and is covered with travertine tile laid in a French style pattern. It is partially covered by a series of three overlapping sails that give shade to the main seating area. There is plenty of room for sun loungers, dining table and chairs, a lounge area and barbeque.

Set off the pool deck is the self-contained guest studio. It enjoys views out over the ocean as well as the pool area and garden and is fitted with a small kitchenette, full bath, a covered verandah, and a large sleeping/living area. The detached 1500 sq. ft. guest cottage has a private access making it ideal both for rentals or an additional guest accommodation. This guest villa includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, private entry, living area, and a large verandah. The bedrooms are cooled by air conditioning units. There is parking inside the driveway for at least two cars with dedicated access and a securely fenced garden.

Sugarloaf offers plenty of parking with a 44 ft. X 18 ft. garage allowing storage of up to four vehicles along with a mechanics servicing pit. Additionally, there is also a second 35 ft.
