It sits on a half an acre of gently sloping land overlooking picturesque Willoughby Bay, a short five minute drive from the super yacht docks of English Harbour, the St James’s Club and the world famous Mill Reef Club. There is more than sufficient land to construct an owner’s on site residence or a number of rental suites.
The restaurant is fully fitted and fully equipped, with a walk-in freezer and walk-in chilled 1000+ bottle wine cellar. Regrettably the stock has all been consumed but Alberto’s is ready to welcome the new owners.
