Sunset Terrace is nestled on the hillside with magnificent views across Turners Bay and beyond to Montserrat. It is a mom and pop owned and operated charming guesthouse. Two rustic wooden cabins are tucked away in the hills of Johnsons Point Village overlooking beautiful beaches.

Cabin amenities include:

  • mini-refrigerator
  • microwave
  • hot water kettle
  • air conditioner
  • WiFi access
  • Cable TV

Our rates per cottage are just US$100 plus taxes per night, with no increases during Cricket, Antigua Sailing Week or Christmas.

Continental breakfast: US$10.00 Single and US$15.00 Double. Breakfast is served on your own terrace and includes fresh fruit, toast, local jams, sweet bread, juice, tea or coffee.

The wooden deck is just the place to sit and watch the sunset or volcanic activity on Montserrat. It's a great location for a bird’s eye view of all the yachts during Antigua Sailing Week. The restaurant requires 24-hour notice for reservations.
At Sunset Terrace we also offer workshops on West Indian cooking where you eat what you prepare and take the recipe home with you – it’s a fantastic way to learn how to prepare different dishes. Cost is US$50 per person.
If you like to spend time on the beach and enjoy eating out, we are ideally situated within four beaches – Shell, Turner’s, Crab Hill and Darkwood. Four restaurants are also within a few minutes walk – Turner’s, 3 Martini’s, OJ’s and Gibson’s.
Transportation is easily accessible.
Sunset Terrace – where guests are treated like family – we look forward to seeing you soon.
