Villa 250E is a lovely two bedroom, waterfront villa, in Jolly Harbour, only minutes away from the fabulous South Beach.

This two storey villa has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area which leads out through large double glass doors onto the patio and decking which sits directly on the water. It has a fully equipped stylish kitchen. The villa has a lovely covered decking area making it the perfect place to take in the views across the marina to South Beach Road, whilst relaxing and sipping a Caribbean cocktail, or dining 'al fresco' with friends and family. There is also direct access to the water from steps leading from the decking area.

The garage has been converted and is now open plan and being used as a utility room with a brand new washer and dryer. The villa also has a downstairs toilet.
