Pelican House, a beautiful, luxury villa with spectacular views across Dieppe Bay.
The villa has wonderfully spacious living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings which lead out from all sides onto a covered verandah with seating areas nestled into the shade. For those who would prefer there is a spacious sundeck, perfectly set around the private pool, a chance to soak up the sun or take a dip. The living and dining area also has an integrated open plan kitchen.
The accommodation comprises of three large bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, verandas and views of the ocean. A pull out bed is also available allowing the property to accommodate up to 7 guests. All bedrooms have large closet spaces with shelves and hanging rail.
The property is equipped with mosquito nets on all doors, windows and above the beds, and there are louvered windows and ceiling fans. It also has a washing machine, barbeque, TV and DVD player, stereo, Ipod dock and Internet access.
The house has not been fitted with air conditioning units as the constant trade winds coming from the ocean cool the entire house throughout the summer and winter months.
Tariff includes a twice weekly house keeping service.
