In the centre of the shop, the fantastic ice cream and sorbet maker whirs away all day creating the most luscious tastes which quite literally melt in your mouth. Hygiene is top priority and Cutie and Claudine have a strict programme in place to make sure that the product is produced to the highest standards possible. All display cabinets are carefully temperature controlled to ensure that the products are stored at the correct temperature – you even get a cool bag to take your products home with you if you are not eating them right away.

   

What can we say – chocolate chip , pistachio, macadamia nut, banana, vanilla, chocolate, mocha, papaya to name a few – but they are not all sinful – we also have low fat and diabetic vanilla ice cream. Made on site right in front of you – with fresh milk, fresh fruit, eggs and sugar – the taste is wonderfully creamy. There is also ice cream made from yoghurt.

   

 

Mango, passion fruit, pineapple, papaya...the flavours go on…..all made form 100% fruit, water and sugar – a beautifully refreshing alternative to ice cream and perfect for anyone who is lactose intolerant.

 

 

Australian Homemade Chocolates in Antigua – let's face it wherever you are in the world you deserve the best chocolates. Our chocolates have lavishly filled interiors and a high percentage of cocoa, and are handmade using only natural ingredients. For full flavour the chocolates should be served at room temperature. These chocolates are really sinful, but make a perfect gift for a friend, or complete a night of indulgence for yourself.

 

 

We serve fresh baked waffles for you to eat with your sorbets and ice creams, and offer a superb choice of coffees, mochas, chilled coffees, teas and soft drinks.
