Island Fusion is located in the grounds of the National Sailing Academy in English Harbour. Make time to call in for breakfast lunch or dinner and choose from freshly made dishes daily.
Sandra has spent years working at some of the best visited restaurants and eatery's on the island including Coconut Grove, The Pavilion, The Beach and just prior to opening her own restaurant she managed Skullduggery located at the Antigua Yacht Club Marina.
Breakfast can be anything from omelets and a full English to an excellent local breakfast including saltfish and bakes.
For lunch and dinner choose from Caribbean classics such as rice and peas, baked chicken and pork and excellent jerk meats to fresh tasty salads and steak dinners with or without sauces, excellent pasta or try her signature dish, lobster thermidor, or a whole host of daily specials.
A selection of red, white and sparkling wines and a fully stocked bar are available whether as an accompaniment to your meal or at the bar.
Prices are very reasonable and you can choose to dine in or take away. Be sure to call ahead if you want something specific, to make sure she has it available, and delivery can be accommodated for orders of 10 or more dishes. She also take orders for wedding cakes and event catering for groups large or small.

Sandra talked with us for a while and convinced us to come back for some Lobster Thermidor. A few nights later we did just that. Sandra prepared a wonderful meal. Tasted GREAT. And the price - EXTREMELY reasonable. Sandra is very personable, and it is obvious she loves to cook and is careful to use only the best ingredients. We wished we had stopped there earlier on our trip as we would have been going there a lot."
