THE YELLOW HOUSE
Located hillside in Turtle Bay with stunning views across Falmouth Harbour, the Yellow House is an ideal vacation property or home. Throughout the season the opportunity to ‘Yacht Watch” as million dollars worth of boats sail past on a daily basis.
This three bedroom two bathroom features:
- Open living and dining room with 64 inch flat screen television and home theatre system. Leads out onto a lower patio with outdoor dining. Cable TV and wireless internet are installed.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare tasty meals including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and five ring stove.
- Master bedroom with king size bed, lounge area and en-suite bathroom including a shower and beautiful roll top bath. Double doors lead onto the patio and swimming pool.
- Second bedroom leading to outdoor patio & access to pool , has a queen bed & also single bed . The third bedroom has 2 double antique beds.
- The ceilings are all vaulted & each room has a ceiling fan. A washer is available for your use & there is a generator on site , incase of power cuts.
- The house is available short & long term & is US$ 2,500 per week , except during Christmas, Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta & Antigua Sailing Week during which the rate is US$ 500 per night . All year round monthly rate is US$ 2,800 plus utilities.

THE JELLY NUT
The perfect little Caribbean cottage is perched below main house, on 2 levels & sits on the water’s edge.
On the upper floor, the studio W/ 2 single beds/ couches has separate bathroom with shower as well as a kitchen, cable TV, solar water heater & internet .
Downstairs is a bedroom with Queen Size bed with en suite bathroom.
Brightly painted blue louvre shutters and doors capture the Caribbean trade winds & there are spectacular views across the whole of Falmouth Harbour.
A peaceful setting with the sounds of waves breaking on the shores, just below your bedroom!
"The Jelly Nut” is available on short term basis only & is US$ 120 per night or US$ 800 per week.
The Yellow House & Jelly Nut can be rented together on short term basis or separately.
