All F&B applicants must hold a valid, up-to-date Food Handler’s Certificate. Primary qualifications by position are as follows:
BARTENDER
Strong knowledge of mixology for both traditional and creative cocktails
Understanding of unique and complementary flavour pairings
Impeccable customer service and strong social perceptiveness
Ability to assess guest satisfaction and respond appropriately
Ability to uphold company policies regarding alcohol consumption
Accountability for maintaining inventory and processing payments
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift a minimum of 40 lbs
F&B SERVER
Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a fully engaged, service-oriented attitude
Dynamic personality with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Takes pride in caring for guests and remains consistently pleasant, polite, and professional
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
A strong team player, attentive to both guest and team member needs
F&B PORTER
Knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations with a committed, service-driven attitude
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
Ability to deliver departmental supplies to designated areas and correctly stock and store items
Dynamic personality with a strong passion for hospitality, consistently pleasant and guest-focused
A reliable team player who remains alert to guest and team needs
RESTAURANT HOST
Excellent English language skills; additional language fluency is an asset
Strong customer relations skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Good working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and computer literacy
Previous hospitality industry experience is an asset
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate as part of a team
Flexible availability to work shifts and varied hours
