We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Resort Reservationist to join our team, creating a seamless booking experience for our guests from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all reservation inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth.
• Managing individual, group, and travel agent bookings in our reservation system.
• Ability to handle sensitive guest information and payment details with discretion and accuracy
• Ensuring all details are accurately entered and communicated to relevant departments.
• Providing prompt and knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries.
• Assisting with guest pre-arrival arrangements and special requests.
• Working closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the resort’s accommodations, packages, and amenities.
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in reservations or front desk within a hotel or resort environment is required.
• Tertiary education with further education in hospitality management being a distinct advantage
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding telephone and email etiquette — polished, friendly, and professional.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation software; knowledge of Opera PMS would be ideal.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours and shift patterns to accommodate our global markets
