DINING & NIGHTLIFE
Coconut Grove collaborates with Premier Beverages on Friday evening to bring you Mediterranean Night and Wine Tasting, with a special 3 course menu set for dinner alongside wines from Spain, Italy and France, with complimentary tapas for guests.
It's Curry and Disco Night at Life on the Corner this Friday, offering a spicy night with lots of curry starters and mains on offer, along with a wide array of sides. Once done eating, hit the dancefloor and dance the night away to disco music.
Café Bambula offers a weekly special of Paella and Sangria each Friday Night, serving dinner from 6:00 pm onward. They are also open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, serving dinner only on Fridays.
Kids Night continues each Friday at Trappas Restaurant & Bar, offering the children’s menu at half price between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm each week.
Art at the Ridge hosts their Christmas in July Art & Craft Fair this Saturday at Sugar Club from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, with beautiful local art and craft, great gift ideas, a free raffle and the chance to meet the artists.
Each weekend at Al Porto, pick your own lobster at Lobster Sundays and indulge in fresh, whole lobster with a delicious all you can eat buffet of sides of bread, pasta salad, green salad, veg and potatoes for EC$70 per person.

SPORTS SHORTS
This Saturday's Hash starts at 4:00 pm from Hermitage Bay in Jennings and they are inviting all out for a great hash and a swim in a beautiful location. There will be a presentation for the J'ouvert troupe after to answer any questions about the activities on J'ouvert morning.
On Sunday, the Billy’s Food Mart Avalanche Circuit Race will test local cyclists, taking them on a circuit around Friar’s Hill Road, through Longfords, Blue Waters and Marble Hill.
COMMUNITY
This Saturday is the Environmental Awareness Group’s July Field Trip, taking hikers to Signal Hill, meeting at the pump house before Wallings Dam at 6:30 am.
