JHYC ANNUAL REGATTA RESULTS Monday 18th November 2024
The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club recently concluded its Annual Regatta, which featured competitive sailing along Antigua’s west coast. The event wrapped up with a lively prize-giving ceremony, celebrating outstanding performances across two classes of racers.
In Class 1, Blue Peter claimed the top spot, followed by Huey Too and Danish Blue.
Class 2 saw PIMS emerge as the winner, with Seal and Cricket rounding out the podium. Notably, PIMS also secured the prestigious Budgie Cup as the overall regatta winner. Despite tricky weather conditions, Race Officer Chris Mansfield successfully orchestrated the races, ensuring a thrilling and closely contested event enjoyed by all participants.
