Housekeeping Supervisor
Who is excited to lead and be an integral part of the team focusing on an excellent guest experience while ensuring a profitable business.
The successful applicant will:
- Report to the Housekeeping Manager and be responsible for a team of Coordinators and Line Staff
- Operate by established standards and procedures
- Have previous Housekeeping Leadership experience
- Possess previous experience in inventory management and controls required
- Demonstrate strong people management skills. Knowledge of Antigua & Barbuda Labour Laws will be an asset
- Have superior coaching and team development skills
- Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Hotel Property Management and Payroll applications required.
- Have an in depth understanding of operating within defined budgetary controls
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities as the candidate will be required to take a hands on leadership role in the day to day operations
- Be able to prepare and present detailed operational reports
- Be able to work cohesively as part of a team and capability to further develop and motivate a well-established team
- Be able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Possess experience in Luxury Hotels of comparable standards

Watersports Attendant

The successful applicant will:
- Have good communication skills with a desire to interact with guests and coworkers, an even temperament and the initiative to work on your own but enjoy working as part of a team
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality
- Be dynamic, with a focused and structured approach to the job
- Have experience, training and certification in Water Sports
- To be able to conduct rescues if and when necessary
- To be able to operate a motorized boat and sail any other Water Sports equipment
- To carry out water-sports related duties as per company standard
- To assist in minor repairs of all Water Sports equipment
- To be able to swim 200 yards at any given time on the job
- Be capable of carrying loads across varied terrain on property
- Be versatile and be willing to undertake routine tasks
- Have a good level of general education
- Be able to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in resort operations will be an asset
