VACANCY FOR A CHEF DE PARTIE Tuesday 13th February 2024

If you are friendly, dynamic and a motivated service personnel who is committed to offering a high-quality guest experience there is an immediate vacancy for a CHEF DE PARTIE. Applicant must be a detail oriented, self-starting individual with a friendly and approachable personality. Must be pro-active and punctual. Focused, flexible and structured approach to the job is required. Previous resort experience will be an asset. Applicants require an up-to-date Food Handlers Certificate. Primary specific qualifications are:
- Previous experience at this level of resort operation.
- Demonstrated ability to be responsible for a particular area of production
- Leadership & culinary skills.
- A strong attention to detail in general & in relation to food service (quality, portion size & consistency).
- Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of budgeting systems, stock control, meeting budgets for food & labour.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food & Hygiene
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Excellent people skills & able to manage a large team.
