VACANCIES FOR BARTENDER AND F&B SERVER Wednesday 11th January 2023
If you are customer-focused, dynamic and a motivated service personnel who is committed to offering a high-quality guest experience there are immediate vacancies for the following positions. Applicant must be a detail oriented, self-starting individual with a friendly and approachable personality. Must be pro-active and punctual. Focused, flexible and structured approach to the job is required. Previous resort experience will be an asset. F&B applicants require an up to date Food Handlers Certificate.

Primary specific qualifications by position are:
BARTENDER
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavour pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 40 lbs
F&B SERVER
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a fully engaged, service-oriented attitude
- Be able to work in all outlets of the resort
- A very dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, we seek talented servers that gain great pride looking after guest and are consistently pleasant and polite
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- A team player who is always alert to Guest and Team Member needs
- Extremely patient, pro-active and punctual
