Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an organized, hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and inventory management?

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and support resort departments with timely deliveries. This key role ensures we meet the highest standards of service behind the scenes.

Position Summary
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort’s warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of all goods and supplies. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, staff supervision, safety compliance, and timely coordination with departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Administration. This role is essential in ensuring that the supply chain within the resort operates smoothly and supports our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution.

• Prepare purchase orders which includes the sourcing of goods.

• Update warehouse management system to reflect invoices etc.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems.

• Lead and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with departments for timely supply delivery and resolve stock issues.

• Enforce cleanliness, health, and safety standards in all storage areas.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience, including team supervision.

• Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.

• Computer literacy (Excel, inventory software).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations is a strong asset.
