Executive Housekeeper

Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest
satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the resort is immaculate and exceeds guest expectations.
•  Lead, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and standards for rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Manage inventory and ensure the timely procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
•  Monitor budgets, labor costs, and resources to achieve departmental financial goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality assurance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3-5years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar leadership role in a luxury resort or
• hotel setting.
•  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and training.
• Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Attention to detail. and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
