Executive Housekeeper
Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest
satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the resort is immaculate and exceeds guest expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and standards for rooms, villas, and public areas.
- Manage inventory and ensure the timely procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, and resources to achieve departmental financial goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality assurance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3-5years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar leadership role in a luxury resort or
- hotel setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and training.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail. and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
