Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Services Manager to lead our team, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective stock levels.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance quality and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and improve menus.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
