The Christmas Barrel Initiative will be in effect from December 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

Eligible items include:

• Clothing (limited to 7 pieces of the same type)
• Foodstuff
• Toiletries

Please note: A 10% Revenue Recovery Charge (RRC) and a $10 processing & handling fee will apply.

Importers are reminded that the Christmas Barrel Initiative is strictly for personal use essentials. Shipping items that fall outside the approved list such as electronics, cell phones, tablets, appliances, or other ineligible goods will cause the barrel to be immediately disqualified from the concession.

We encourage all importers to plan and ensure smooth clearance this holiday season.
