LIBERTA SPORTS CLUB TO HOLD ELECTIONS Monday 15th August 2011
Liberta Sports Club members will have an opportunity to voice their confidence in the club's future when they vote at the annual election for President, first and second Vice President and Treasurer on Thursday, August 25.
The elections come at exciting time for the club as it expands its facilities and activities: "We have been established since 1991 and we have remained a vibrant club thanks to the members, the executive, sponsors and persons in the community who assist at all our events," states the club's spokesperson.
They added that the club's future depends on members staying involved and solvent: "The club cannot grow without funds and commitment and only club members that are fully paid up can vote and in order to facilitate maximum participation we are urging members to pay their dues before August 20,2011."
Membership dues can be paid to either Renetta (723-7174) or Wydze (725-5841),the treasurer .
