JOB DETAILS:

The Account Clerk's purpose is to provide Accounting support to ACT's operations in order to ensure the effective delivery of company services.

Responsibilities:

• - Following and executing the company's accounts receivable, banking, disbursements, and accounts payable processes
• - Ensuring deposits are balanced with end-of-day reports and delivered to the bank
• - Applying payments to open invoices and regularly reaching out to customers to ensure efficient collections.
• - Preparing payments and filing accounting documents
  
  Requirements:
• - Training/experience in the field of accounting
• - Relevant experience in an accounting or office management role
• - Broad knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, A/R and A/P processes
• - Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• - Above average written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and internal team
• - Strong organizational skills
