Villa 440 is just a short distance from the picturesque beach of the exclusive St James Club Resort within Mamora Bay.  This privately owned villa nestles in a village within the St James’s Club Hotel complex, providing guests with total privacy and relaxation.

Sleeping six, it is perfect for families or couples wanting lots of space and enviably positioned for groups with children or grandchildren as the pool area is steps away.

The open-plan living area is situated on a mezzanine level and furnished to a high standard with terracotta tiled floors and large patio doors to all living rooms. The large covered patio is a great spot to enjoy a picturesque family dinner. The fully equipped kitchen is well placed just behind the living area maximizing the beautiful views of Mamora Bay.  The villa has two large en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor with access to the terrace where the warm Caribbean sun can be enjoyed.

An all-inclusive rate can be accessed through the hotel and the rate for this is 135 US dollars per day, per person aged 12 and over and 75 US dollars for children under 12.  This can be booked in three days slots or for the full consecutive days that you require. This must be done upon arrival and the hotel will ask you to sign for this.

You may also just go onto a self-catering basis only and pay as you go, with any items being charged to your room/villa. Please note there is a resort charge when you arrive at reception which is 24 US dollars per day (not per person) and a 5 US dollar tourism fee per person. This is charged by the hotel and is compulsory.
