In partnership with GROUND Wellbeing, CARA Organic Spa now invites guests to embark on an intuitive journey of self-care through a series of rituals designed to support sleep, stress relief, hormonal balance, and skin health.

At CARA Organic Spa, our focus has always been on creating a sanctuary where guests can reconnect with themselves and the natural rhythm of the island, said Cara Doherty, part of the ownership group for Carlisle Bay. Carlisle Bay offers a series of immersive wellness experiences that align with the islands natural rhythms.
