Cocobay Resort is a distinctive boutique hotel offering a unique blend of rustic charm and luxurious comfort. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized and service-oriented individual, to join our Front of House team as:

Guest Relations Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate seamless coordination between hospitality and administrative departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all guest requests and amenities.
• Provide administrative support to management by efficiently processing reservations and managing essential operational paperwork.
• Accurately record and communicate all guest preferences, special occasions, and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS) prior to arrival.
• Assist with daily reviews of room assignments, arrival/departure manifests, and VIP lists to identify and resolve potential discrepancies before they impact the guest experience.
• Support the execution of on-site events, guest orientations, and other key front-of-house duties as assigned.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a related administrative or customer-facing role. Previous experience within a hotel environment is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with a Property Management System (PMS) is a distinct advantage.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
