Trade Winds Hotel is seeking to hire customer-focused, dynamic, professionals to join our Accommodation Brand. Are you interested in joining our Trade Winds Hotel team? If yes, please below, the following career opportunities:
Front Office Supervisor
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Previous management or supervisor experience.
•Strong leadership skills with an appreciation for training & development.
•Computer literate. Experience with RoomMaster PMS is a plus.
•Basic Accounting Skills - Petty Cash, Recons, etc.
•Ability to shine in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with flexible hours and shift patterns.
Front Office Agents
•Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Computer literate with strong telephone & email etiquette. Good written and verbal command of the English Language.
Room Attendants
•Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience is a plus.
•Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
•Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Security Officer
· Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
•Professional and Courteous.
•Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
•Familiarity with report writing.
