ANTIGUA CARNIVAL

The Carnival Development Committee – CDC wishes to advise prospective applicants for Queen of Carnival 2013 that registration has commenced   and will conclude on Friday May 03, 2013.
 
Interested applicants must be a Citizen of Antigua and Barbuda and be between the ages 18 to 26 years. Prospective applicants should have completed secondary school and obtained a minimum of five (5) CXC passes (English and four others). Applicants must have never been married nor borne a child and must be of good character within the society. 
 
Prospective applicants are asked to submit the following with their completed application form:-

• Proof of citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda
• A copy of Secondary School leavers certificate and CXC results
• Two (2) written character references
• Three (3) recent photographs (full length, a close-up shot and one in swim wear).

Application forms are available at the National Festivals Office- NFO, 1st Floor, Pigotts’ Mall on Market and Redcliffe Streets. Application forms will only be available during office hours, Mondays to Thursdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and on Friday’s 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m.
