BLUE WATERS RESORT & SPA

We need someone who is excited to be an integral part of the team focusing on an excellent guest experience while ensuring a profitable business. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Report to the Executive Housekeeper & Executive Assistant Manager 
• Produce and update daily/monthly reports including room status reports
• Liaise with maintenance to resolve issues 
• Inspect guest rooms for guest arrivals
• Computerized scheduling and processing of weekly rosters for payroll 
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Conduct department opening & closing duties
• Perform inventory and control functions

Requirements:

• High school diploma and higher educational background
• Computer literacy and demonstrated capability working with resort PMS, inventories and inventory systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Front Office operations preferred
• Any overseas experience in USA; Europe or the Caribbean at Luxury Hotels of comparable standards will be an asset
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, be calm and courteous at all times
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Have previous Housekeeping leadership/supervisory experience or work in similar role
