Primary specific qualifications by position are:
BARTENDER
Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
Understanding of unique and complementary flavour pairings
Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 40 lbs
F&B SERVER
Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a fully engaged, service oriented attitude
A very dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, we seek talented servers that gain great pride looking after guest and are consistently pleasant and polite.
Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
A team player who is always alert to Guest and Team Member needs
Extremely patient, pro-active and punctual
FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
Tertiary education with further education in hospitality management being a distinct advantage
Excellent customer service and sales skills, communicator skills, computer literate and experience with Opera PMS would be ideal
Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in management or supervisory role required
Strong leader of people
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a hotel/resort environment where proven customer service experience was maintained
General accounting knowledge & cash handling experience
Able to work under pressure with flexible hours and shift patterns
RESORT HOST/CONCIERGE
Have a sound working knowledge of Front Office practices and computer literate. Office administration skills will be an asset.
Excellent sales skills, customer service, communicator, telephone skills, computer literate and experience with Opera PMS would be asset
Be well organized, detail oriented and the ability to work unsupervised.
Able to work flexible hours and shift patterns
BELL HOP
Have good communication skills with a desire to interact with guests and coworkers, an even temperament and the initiative to work on your own but enjoy working as part of a team
Be capable of carrying loads across varied terrain on property and lift a minimum of 40 lbs
Have a valid drivers licence
Have computer Skills – Microsoft Excel, Accpac and being numerate will be an asset
Be able to work flexible hours and shift patterns
Previous experience in resort operations with track record of good attendance will be an asset
