Blue Waters Resort & Spa has a vacancy for a Storekeeper and Water Sports Attendant.

Storekeeper
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the successful applicant will:
- Have previous experience working in a storeroom environment
- Have an understanding of the basic rules of stock rotation
- Assist in preparation and delivery of requisitions
- Have computer Skills – Microsoft Excel, Accpac and be numerate
- Ensure that all goods are received, checked and stored
- Assist in stock counts and inventory
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality
- Be dynamic, with a focused and structured approach to the job
- Previous experience in hotel operations & a valid Food Handlers Certificate will be an asset
Water Sports Attendant.
Reporting to the Water Sports Supervisor, the successful applicant will:
- Have good communication skills with a desire to interact with guests and coworkers, an even temperament and the initiative to work on your own but enjoy working as part of a team
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality
- Be dynamic, with a focused and structured approach to the job
- Have experience, training and certification in Water Sports
- To be able to conduct rescues if and when necessary
- To be able to operate a motorized boat and sail any other Water Sports equipment
- To carry out water-sports related duties as per company standard
- To assist in minor repairs of all Water Sports equipment
- To be able to swim 200 yards at any given time on the job
- Be capable of carrying loads across varied terrain on property
- Be versatile and be willing to undertake routine tasks
- Have a good level of general education
- Be able to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in hotel operations will be an asset
