F&B SERVER
Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a fully engaged, service-oriented attitude

Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
PASTRY CHEF
Have experience in all aspects of cake & pastry making; baking etc
Have high standards in food presentation
Are imaginative and flexible
Have minimum 1 year ‘a la carte’ experience
LINE CHEF
Have experience in all aspects of kitchen prep and on the hot line
Have high standards in food presentation
Are imaginative and flexible
Have minimum 1 year ‘a la carte’ experience
KITCHEN STEWARD
Ability to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, supplies, and dishes/pots/pans while contributing to a safe environment.
Responsible for the safe use and storage of chemicals and equipment and comply with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Capable of doing the set up and the break down for meals and events.
HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Ability to consistently ensure and maintain guest rooms and public areas to standard with amenities properly presented and a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
Physical ability and stamina required and ability to work under pressure especially between check-out and check-in time
Possess excellent people skills and ability to comfortably interact with guests & team.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the successful applicants will have:
1. Solid knowledge and specialized experience in all aspects of plumbing
2. Solid knowledge and specialized experience in industrial kitchen and laundry equipment
3. Solid knowledge and specialized experience in electrics; air conditioning and refrigeration
Applicants should have:
At least three years experience in a similar position
Possess a friendly and approachable personality
Be dynamic, with a focused and structured approach to the job
Previous experience in hotel operations; carpentry and other maintenance related skills will be an asset
