Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority - The recent Blue Waters Resort & Spa renovations cost approximately $1.2m and cover most areas of the hotel. Contemporary chic meets classic colonial style at this beautiful resort that offers a taste of tropical paradise on the northwest tip of the island. The fresh white décor accentuated by warm wood provides an elegant feel and the service is second to none.
The renovations have included refurbishment to the reception and Pelican Bar, named after the majestic birds which frequent the bay at Blue Waters. The Cove Suites, which are located away from the main resort have been refurbished as well as general improvements in deluxe, luxury and superior rooms with soft furnishings and finishes. The hotel’s Rock Cottage which is set on a rocky outcrop and voted the “Best Waterfront Villa In The World” by Harper's and Queen Magazine has had enhancements. Carolyn’s Restaurant, the Palm restaurants and Veronica’s Bar have all had improvements as well as kids club refurbishments and sound system improvements.
