All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and large verandah, which benefits from crosswinds. On the ground floor is a self-contained studio apartment with an en-suite bathroom and kitchen.
Access to the property is via a remote-controlled access gate. The property has a backup generator in the event of a power outage. There is government water as well as a backup water cistern. Rent includes a gardener, generator, and cleaner once every 2 weeks.
