As the Group prepares for a landmark season, marked by Sheer Rocks relaunch ahead of its 15th anniversary and the much-anticipated opening of Fat Urchin in Jolly Harbour, a new concept restaurant that will generate more than 35 positions alone, along with Roca, an upcoming innovative food and wine shop, there has never been a more exciting time to join the Rocks Group team.
