Ranked Best Restaurant in the Caribbean by multiple highly-acclaimed publications, Sheer Rocks is open for service seven days a week with opening hours of 12pm to 11pm. Dinners are also available from 5pm until 9pm, nightly.
The Tapas Menu, popular Pool Experiences, A la Carte Menu, and Tasting Menu are each available daily.
