Food & Beverage Supervisor

Exceptional customer service skills and attention to details.

Significant work experience in supervisory management within the hospitality industry.

Strong working knowledge of food and beverage services/standards.

· Excellent listening, verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to use restaurant management software.

A team player with strong leadership skills.

Physical ability to stand for long periods.

Food & Beverage Servers

A dynamic personality with a passion for the hospitality industry.

A team player who is passionate about guest satisfaction.

•Possess a strong knowledge of basic restaurant standards and procedures.

• Excellent listening, verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Physical ability to stand for long periods.

Bartender

• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.

• Exceptional Customer Service.

Inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) processing.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

Busser & Runners

Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Prior work experience as a Busser or Food Runner or another entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus. Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Chef de Partie

· Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role; minimum 2 years experience.

Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.

•Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Knowledge of best cooking practices and quality ingredients.

• Strong leadership skills.

Stewards

• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
