ACE/DRIVE-A-MATIC CAR RENTALS

We are inviting applications from individuals who wish to work in a dynamic environment, in which initiative, attitude and professionalism are recognized as the keys to success.

RENTAL AGENT -
Temporary Position (6 Month Contract) Primary Responsibilities:-
● Hold up a sign with the client's name outside of the arrivals hall in order to identify our client.
● Process payments using all methods accepted by the company and ensuring all funds and documents are collected at the time of rental.
● Issue vehicles to clients and accurately complete rental agreement contracts.
● Issue Drivers permits.
● Delivery and collection of vehicles island wide.
● Ensure the vehicle is clean prior to and upon delivery to the client.
● Vehicle inspections on rental or return.
● Any other duties that may be assigned in line with your position.

Experience and Competencies:-
● Experience in a similar position or a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
● Strong oral and written skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks
● Must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license
