Job Title: Assistant Coffee Roaster

Description: Carib Bean Coffee is hiring an individual to learn coffee roasting, while also handling duties like packaging, distribution, stock inventories, and general administration. If you’re passionate about coffee and looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team, this is for you.
Qualifications:
- Must be a coffee drinker
- Ability to lift 40lb
- Minimum of 5 CXCs including Maths and English
- Excellent verbal and written command of English
- Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Clean police record
- References required
- Must have a full driver’s license
