JOB VACANCY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Monday 28th July 2025
The Verandah Antigua is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations. This role ensures that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functioning efficiently to support a seamless guest experience.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ maintenance supervisory experience

Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
-
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
-
Effective leadership and communication abilities
-
Physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks

Experience with inventory management and cost control

Ability to train and support maintenance staff

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant programs
