The Avengers of ASA College made their presence felt when they travelled to Indianapolis, Indiana to play quality warm up matches against four-year schools in preparation for the NJCAA schedule.
Freshman – Kyle Joseph (Antigua) playing #3 singles teamed up with #2 singles Nail Khabiyev and played strong in pulling off his first collegiate doubles win.
The team moved on to Columbus, Ohio and shut out NCAA division II four year university, Old
Dominican defeating them 7 - 2 in another warm up match.
Kyle Joseph defeated Tito Bonadonna, 6-4, 7-6; Kyle also showed dominance when he teamed up with Tim Srkala (#1 singles) to defeate Walid Gtari / Justin Tjon 8-3.
In their final match of the weekend the Avengers shut out Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky 9-0. In the doubles competition #3 singles Kyle Joseph team up with Nail Khabiyev
Defeating the number two (2) doubles team of Brescia University 8-4. ASA Avengers won every singles match and only allowed Brescia nine winning games in three doubles matches.
