DAY 3 CURACAO OPEN Thursday 6th October 2011
After 3 hours play and three sets D'Jeri Raymond won her semi finals match against Natasha Esschendal of Aruba 5-7, 6-4, 6-2. Raymond and her doubles partner Shaeda Nickle of Jamaica outsted the all Netherland Antilles team of Knol and Levens in the doubles semi finals 6-0, 6-1. Spots secured for Raymond in both the singles and doubles finals.
In the boys doubles 1st round competition Jevannie Ambrose and his doubles partner Yagil Elias (suriname) secured their quarterfinals spot after defeating the all Netherlands Antilles team of Mitchell Servage and Niels Van Dam 6-4, 6-1.
