October 4th, 2011, As the U14 round robin qualifiers draws to a close we must congratulate both Jevannie and D'Jeri for their performance earning them a spot in the main draw.
Jevannie ambrose today defeated Edan Martes of Netherland Antilles 4-1, 4-1 Ambrose won 2 out of 3 qualifying matches. D'Jeri Raymond also had a successful bout today defeating Romy de Jong of the Netherland Antilles 4-0, 4-1. Raymond won 2 out 2 qualifying matches.
Correction in a previous day 1 report - U18 player Jody Maginely qualifying match score was 2-6, 6-7 (2) and not 1-6, 0-6 as was orignally reported.
