Coco Palms is a brand new, luxurious, four bedroom, three bathroom villa, situated on Harbour Island, with fabulous views across Jolly Harbour.

The villa, with its clear cut simplistic architectural design, has a wonderful, light and spacious open plan living/dining area and a beautiful, stylish, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The high ceilings, open beams, large white walls and harmonious palate, come together creating a luxuriously modern haven.

The main living area opens onto the outdoor living area with a shaded lounge area on the large terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the views of the turquoise sea and at night the incredible sunsets. The terrace also boasts a good sized sun deck and pool along with a large outside BBQ and fridge. The lower deck has seating with a fire pit.

Coco Palms has four good sized bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms.

All rooms have air-conditioning and fans. There are smart TV's in all rooms with Cable in the main living room.

Along with a variety of bars and restaurants, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, souvenir shops, gym and sports centre, an Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and The Jolly Harbour Golf Club which has an 18-hole championship course.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, including Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyllic white sand beach lapped by the perfectly clear.
