VACANCY FOR HOTEL CONCIERGE Monday 11th September 2023
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a hotel Concierge to join our award-winning team. We are looking for a reliable hotel concierge to work at the main entrance desk of our hotel. You will be the first to meet our guests, therefore, the first impression of our hotel depends on your friendliness and efficiency.
Your primary goal is to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience, to accommodate our guests' requests within the guidelines of the hotel and is always polite and flexible. The concierge should be knowledgeable about the company and what we offer to our guests.
In addition, you should be familiar with local businesses, venues and special events and listen to the requests made by guests, offering solutions or recommendations tailored to their needs.
What we are looking for:
Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Guest Service Representative or Concierge in a five (5) star luxury resort.
High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people and to courteously and efficiently assist customers and other company personnel.
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Products and Internet and hotel management software
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and time-management
