NEW COOKING SHOW FOR ABS TELEVISION: CHEFS OF ANTIGUA Friday 27th September 2013
Hutchinsons presents Chefs of Antigua, a brand new cooking show coming to ABS Thursday October 3rd at 6:30 pm.
Joy Farrell is the Host and Producer of the show: "We wanted to do a show that demonstrates everyone can prepare a meal with superstar appeal which is also nutritious. We have gone around the island talking to chefs from top end eateries and asking them to prepare some their most popular dishes for ABS viewers".
Chefs of Antigua includes chefs from, Jumby Bay, Carlisle Bay, Galley Bay, Jackie O's, Table D'hote, Bayhouse, Cambusa, Nicole's Table, Hermitage, The Inn at English Harbour and La Bussola.
"The chefs have been amazing. I have learned so much and you can too." Chefs of Antigua will demonstrate how to make the most of a regular every day meal that you prepare at home. For example a passion fruit glaze can jazz up some fish or try a mango and paw paw salsa with chicken or fish. Make your own bbq sauce to give your chicken a real special taste and how about instead of mash potatoes, try mash green bananas. Or use fungee in a less traditional way. Chefs of Antigua will show you how to make the most of any meal. If you are stuck in a cooking rut, tune in to Chefs of Antigua
Chefs of Antigua, also takes a look behind the scenes at the farmers that get the food to the market and the fishermen hauling back the fish. It emphasizes the need to buy local. Buy Antiguan.
This show is all about the Chefs. Hutchinsons have made it possible and we are also grateful for the support of our other sponsors; Brydens, Quin Farrara, Angostura Bitters, ChefsWorld and General Insurance. The show is produced by Belmont Studios.
Tune in and watch Chefs of Antigua every Thursday at 6:30 pm on ABS starting Thursday October 3rd 2013.
