Villa Waves, a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa offers unparalleled views of historic World Heritage site of Nelson’s Dockyard, English Harbour and the marina. Enjoy a luxury vacation in a brand new contemporary designed, Caribbean styled home in one of Antigua’s most desirable locations.

The 5,200 sq ft villa is ideally situated on a 0.45-acre parcel in the national park, steps away from the picturesque waters of English Harbour. This is the perfect get-away home given its desirable and private location within a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and amenities of English harbour and Falmouth Harbour Marina.

This beautifully constructed two-level villa features several essential elements of any quality Caribbean home – including custom built wooden louvered windows and doors for maximum airflow, high beamed ceilings, wide doorways opening onto a spacious exterior deck area, inviting covered view veranda, and ceiling fans to ensure year-round, comfortable temperatures throughout. Unobstructed harbour views abound from the main level living area, infinity edge saltwater pool with seating, coloured lighting and a cascade waterfall, and sun tanning patios with glass railings. 

Villa Waves offers four, large ensuite main level bedrooms with tiled floors, vaulted ceiling, spacious double closets, double sink vanity, and a large walk in shower. There is an additional bedroom with en suite bathroom and a mini balcony on the lower level which is only available on request as an overflow room. Ideally the villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.  There is also a large laundry available on this level and a chill out/ games room with an adjacent bathroom.

The modern equipped high end gourmet kitchen on the main level is complete with granite counter tops, central island with breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The flooring is beautifully tiled with travertine tiles throughout. The kitchen forms part of the large and airy open concept central living space with 20ft high vaulted ceilings.

Villa Waves is supplied with government water, two 10,000 gallons back up freshwater cisterns, government electricity, an auto switch back-up propane generator, and a drive in three vehicle garage.

All linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning three times per week. Daily service can be arranged for an additional charge as well as a personal chef and shopper.

Rental rates include Government sales tax (ABST) at 14% but not the Tourism Guest Levy (TGL) which is payable prior to arrival at US$5 per per person per day (over 5 years at time of travel). Please note this villa is usually rented on a three or four bedroom basis as laid out in the pricing table below for a maximum of eight persons. The fifth bedroom is only available on request. Not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
